RAL quality mark for fischer pipe clamp FRS-L Universal
Using products that have been tested and technically evaluated by independent accredited bodies is particularly important for planners and builders when it comes to safety-relevant construction projects such as installing pipelines. The fischer pipe clamp FRS-L Universal guarantees permanent load-bearing capacity and serviceability. The high safety and quality standards of the RAL Quality Assurance Association for pipe supports now provides added assurance, as the fastening is continuously tested and evaluated by a neutral, independent and renowned institute.
The fischer pipe clamp FRS-L Universal allows pipelines to easily be installed using threaded rods or stud screws. The rapid locking mechanism makes it fast and simple to install, while the two-screw variant allows optimised adaptation to the outer diameter of the pipe, increasing flexibility together with the combination connecting thread. In addition to the fire and sound protection test report, the ‘pipe support’ RAL quality mark now offers added assurance with regard to the fastening’s functional reliability. The RAL-GZ 655 standard applies to all manufacturers and confirms that the FRS-L pipe clamp meets the limit state with regard to the load-bearing capacity and serviceability within the tested limits. These properties are proven by neutral tests. As a result, the quality marks make it easier to select the right fastening for every scenario. Manufacturer specifications are more transparent and comparable. The quality marks also represent proven quality and safety on the construction site and therefore protect planners, tradespeople, architects, building contractors and traders.
