Kadimi has completed acquisition of Precision Castparts Corporation USA’s 50% share in its subsidiary, Kadimi Tool.
Kadimi Tool is a premium manufacturer of flat thread rolling dies since 1987. It holds licenses for making Taptite, MAthread & Ejot PT dies and manufactures the full range of flat thread rolling dies including all standards & specials. The dies are now being sold using Kadimi’s global sales network.
This is Kadimi's second acquisition, after the purchase of JFE Steel & Nakagawa Steel’s shares in Kadimi Special Steels in early 2019. Kadimi Special Steels manafactures Cold Heading Quality and Bearing Steel wires for the fastener & cold forging industry.
Kadimi has been supplying its various products to the fastener industry globally for 43 years. These acquisitions not only allow Kadimi to expand its reach to its worldwide customer base but also to strengthen its supply chain.
